Project 9 Newsletter about Sports in General and ITHS

Hello,

In this project we had an unexpected and quite difficult task to accomplish which was to make a Newsletter from basically scratch. So it started out quite as normal we were assigned a group with consisted of me as the Editor, Ravindra as the Designer , Shamonie as the Manager, Marrissa as the editor/researcher and last but not least Debanjaly as our photographer. The project it self was a bit short timed, i.e we did not have a lot of time to complete it and there were some unexpected delays with our group members. However in the end we managed to complete the project albeit not as well as we wanted to but with the given time and limitations its safe to say we gave it our best.

Lab 23 Illustrator Shape tool

This tool was quite unique as I had to create custom shapes which are quite hard to find in Illustrator compared to Adobe Photoshop and I feel that Illustrator is more professional then Photoshop. Without further ado I made different shapes using the rectangle tool, the rounded rectangle tool, the spray tool, the star tool and the polygon tool which I used graphic styles and different lavish colors to make look appealing and not some ordinary shapes.

Lab 22 Illustrator Blob Brush tool

This was one of those labs which were quite harder to do since as the blob brush tool was a tad bit harder to control as since I wanted to created something that was different. So basically I attempted to draw a smiley face with my face under it using various graphic styles including 3D styles and illuminations to make my image look attractable. The finished product looked a lot better than anticipated and I can say firmly I am proud of my creation.

Lab 21 Illustrator Paintbrush Reflection Journal

Hello, In this lab we used Adobe Illustrator and the tool we used today was the Paintbrush tool which is quite similar to the Adobe Photoshops Paintbrush tool, so after opening a 4x4 in sheet , I selected the Paintbrush tool and adjusted the size of the dot to 10pt and the graphic size as well as the color so needless to say I think i made a pretty cool design for my name using all that was given to me.

Lab 20 Pencil Reflection Journal

In this Lab we had to use Adobe Illustrator which was a first to most of us and after that we had to use the Pencil tool which was quite similar to the Adobe Photoshop Pencil tool but a bit different, with this in mind , I didn't make anything too fancy on the 4x4 in page, I drew my name on it with different styles colors and graphic effects, which we were told to do and did effortlessly.
